The Vento X Extension System
The VentoX aero extension system, designed to enhance your cycling performance. With optimized aerodynamics and adjustable features, it reduces drag, improves comfort, and delivers a power gain of 19.2 Watts at 50km/hr. UCI legal and compatible with most TT bikes, it's the ultimate solution for achieving an efficient and comfortable time trial position. Now, let’s move on to the introduction of VentoX in below.
Aerodynamics
At flat course, around 80% of the resistance is from aero drag, and the rider produce over 70% of the drag. With our aero extension, you can reduce the combine Cd of you and the bike by extension optimized extra wide aero shape, and the special ‘Wing’ profile armrest create a smoother airflow through your body and reduce the drag.
The extension providing an equivalent power gain of 19.2 Watts at 50km/hr, over a 40 km TT on a flat course, this is worth 43 seconds.
Compatibility
The extension system is UCI legal and could be adjust to different height category.
The extension system is compatible with most TT bike, the adjustable risers come supplied with either M5 or M6 mounting nuts for bolt up mounting. Please note you will require a dual riser stack system with a flat top riser stack and bolt centers spacing between 12.5- 40mm. Customize Spacer is also available to integrate the extension to your bike.
Material
The extension has tested in accordance with ISO 4210-5:2014 to secure the safety of using.

Extension body: SLM printed AlSi10Mg-T6, CNC machined 7075-T6 Aluminum, 3D printed PETG Carbon Fiber.

Armrest: 3D printedPolyphthalamide+25% carbon fiber
Garmin/wahoo mount: SLS 3D printed polyamide
